Web Development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

For anyone wanting to create their own or have an interest in developing websites. It focuses on learning JavaScript – it is a lightweight interpreted, an object-oriented programming language that is powering vast majority of the websites today. Learning HTML and CSS can teach kids how to handle text-based syntax, and it gives them the foundation for learning real programming languages as well as being used as part of most websites visible at present. They need to be combined with programming languages such as JavaScript and PHP. We will focus on learning how JavaScript, HTML, and CSS intertwine in the creation of real websites.

CSS – Style Sheet Language is used to style a website, what layout it has, and how is presented. It works hand in hand with HTML to allow the display of layouts, colours, fonts and their size, and other similar. It is one of the keystones of websites.

HTML – HyperText Markup (Dynamic) Languagealso deals with the structure and the layout of a website. It is also used to create an origin point.

JavaScript – think of it as all the invisible hand directing all interactive elements of a website. It is what made the web so much different from what it was 20 years ago.
